Distance Learning Programs

Hello! My name is Andrea Brandon and I work with the Colalition for Conflict Resolution in Education at Nova Southeastern University. We are going to be offering a distance learning program (graduate certificate and a master's degree) focusing on Conflict Resolution in Education in January. I don't know enough to know if a distance learning program can be justified, vs. being on campus, receiving a stipend and tution waivers, etc.

I'd love to hear from anyone who would have a comment.
